1. Fast & Simple Solution: No Direct Exchanges
To minimize your waiting time and ensure you get the right gear as quickly as possible, we do not offer direct exchanges due to the long transit times of international shipping. If you need a different size, color, or product, simply initiate a return for your original item (subject to the guidelines below) and place a new order on our website at your convenience.

2. 14-Day Return Window
We gladly accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your package. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items showing signs of wear or damage will unfortunately not be eligible for a refund.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

Shipping Responsibility: For change-of-mind returns or size preference adjustments, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for the international return shipping costs, as well as any applicable duties or taxes. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Original Shipping Fees: Please note that the original shipping fee ($15.00) applied to your order is non-refundable.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Our Commitment)
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, please contact our dedicated care team at crossfit.airsquirrel@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.

Important Notice: Please do not ship the item back until our customer care team has reviewed your request and provided explicit instructions. To save your time and shipping costs, we often offer immediate solutions such as store credit, partial refunds, or complimentary replacements without requiring a physical return.

To provide you with the fairest rates, our shipping fees are calculated based on the total weight of your order.

  - 0.251kg ~ 0.50kg: USD $13.99
  - 0.501kg ~ 1.00kg: USD $16.99
  - 1.001kg ~ 1.50kg: USD $22.99
  - 1.501kg ~ 2.00kg: USD $29.99
  - 2.001kg and over: USD $35.00

  - Every order with a total value of USD $100.00 or more qualifies for 100% Free Worldwide Shipping, regardless of weight.

3. Estimated Delivery Time
* All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
* Once shipped, international delivery typically takes 7–14 Business Days.
* Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your country's local customs clearance processing speeds. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you immediately upon shipment.

4. Essential Address Requirements
* English Only: All delivery addresses must be entered in English alphanumeric characters only. Orders with special characters or accent marks may experience severe fulfillment delays.
* No P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address to ensure safe delivery.
